The Young Surveyors Network has launched the Jadili Initiative, meant to enhance innovation and participation of the young surveyors in ISK. The initiative’s main focus is to encourage dialogue about and among members of the profession with an aim to increase the young professional’s capacity for career growth.
Jadili will be conducted in evening talks every two months discussing themes across various matters relevant to the young professional.
The first forum was held on Friday 24th February at Kenya Railways Golf Club. MISK Michael Okello and MISK Paul Odak gave insights on the theme ”Personal Branding” which was well received by those in attendance.
This initiative comes at a time when there is need for achievable solutions to problems in the survey industry. Encouraging dialogue is one way to tackle these issues affecting the profession.
