The Institution of Surveyors of Kenya successfully held a leadership forum at the Sarova Panafric on 30th August 2019. In attendance were senior managers and leaders from various institutions and companies. The forum which was officially opened by ISK President, Mr Abraham Samoei was also graced by Education & Research Committee Chair Mr Morris Omollo and ISK CEO Mrs Rose Mwaura.
The guest speaker Mr David Muturi who is an author, former CEO Kenya Institute of Management and Certified Business Assessor addressed among others the issues of delegation, motivation and leading by example. He broke down the extremely large and complex topic of leadership into simple everyday activities and routines that will ensure effective leadership. Many attendees commented that it was a life-changing experience.
