The Institution of surveyors of Kenya, led by ISK National Chairman, Mr. Stephen Ambani, held a consultative meeting with Kenya Property Developers Association (KPDA) with a view of harmonizing their efforts towards implementing the sectional plans.
The two associations, who have mutual interest in the registration of sectional plans, agreed to jointly work together in addressing the various bottlenecks inhibiting the full implementation of the sectional titles.
