ISK in partnership with the Royal Institution Of Chartered Surveyors (rics), African Real Estate Society (afres) and the University Of Nairobi (uon) held the 3rd annual eastern africa real estate conference to be held on Thursday 7th and Friday 8th July 2016 at the Radisson Blu hotel.The conference focused on reits and real estate financing mechanisms ,housing and environment , partners in real estate development, women in surveying and the East African perspectives on real estate development.
The conference was attended by over 100 participants mainly from Kenya and representation from South Africa,Tanzania,Rwanda and Uganda.Presenters included Nick Langford – from Randeavour, Tatu City ,Edwin H. Dande – Cytonn Investments , Dr. Felician Komu – Tanzania, Prof. Francois Viruly – South Africa, Bernadette Gitari – from Knight Frank Kenya, Ruth Okal – STANLIB Kenya Ltd,Ibrahim Mwathane – LDGI and Nicky Nzioki fro University of Nairobi.Check out for picture in our facebook page
