The National Land Commission has obtained funding support to strengthen its capacity to undertake land and property valuation and land survey for compulsory land acquisition purposes. The Commission incites interested eligible individuals to submit their sealed proposals for consultancy services to undertake land property valuation, and land survey.
The terms of references for the suitable individual consultant for the respective service – Valuation and Taxation Consultant or Land Survey Consultant, are attached. Interested and eligible individuals should submit their professional/ technical profile, and a financial proposal as per the attached Terms of Reference.
