The Institution in partnership with HSF has published the Land Title Conversion Manual 2021. The manual is centered on the conversion and migration of land titles from the old land regime to the new land regime as a matter of transition, especially following the publication of Gazette Notice No. 11348 of 2020, dated 24 December 2020 and published on 31 December 2020, on ‘Notification for Conversion’ in respect of Nairobi Land Registration Unit.
The development of this manual was driven by the need to streamline operations relating to title conversion in the Country. This activity was undertaken to enrich and offers guidance to land officers, sector players and professionals in the land sector.
